The staff were friendly, kind and understanding. Was so pleased to be to be seen the same day due to a cancellation, and I was called immediately! Kacie was professional and reassuring. It was a great visit overall!

Sherri at the reception desk got me checked in and my wait was minimal. Jacque who was my Nurse discussed why I was there and took pictures of the site. Cassie was my PA who looked over the site of my initial complaint and took a good biopsy. While looking over two other sites on the same leg, she opted to freeze them. She also took the time to freeze a few spots on my face. I was very pleased with my experience.
