Everyone we’re very attentive to include the front desk. Wait time were less than 10 min every time we visited.

Could not understand what receptionist was saying because she was chewing gum, staff indifferent and not customer focused, office seemed disorganized, long wait to see provider, i will be looking for another dermatology practice

Check in is redundant since all information was done on-line but then asked again for the same information. Waited 30 minutes from the time my actual scheduled appointment. Eval was very good. The patients time does not seem to be important.
1.5 hour wait. I understand things happen but this was ridiculous.
