The greeting when first arriving makes such a difference and it was fantastic! I was very nervous while trying to hide it and the receptionist calmed me with answers to questions and making us feel at home. The assistant who took us to the back and the Nurse Practitioner were lovely. I wasn’t my best self that day and yet they answered all my questions explicitly without making me feel silly for having a lot of them. Dr. Hatter was very courteous and explained everything that he was going to do and explained the procedure as he went along. His assistant, Robert was very knowledgeable and was reassuring and friendly! Lisa, at the front desk was also very nice. They all put both of us at ease!!!
