The PA’s nurse was very thorough and the PA was direct as to my options that she was trained in. I appreciated her directness. I was hoping for a bit of alternative approach on my inflammatory issues but she did give me baseline things to start with which were helpful. The PA also noticed that I had some small skin keratosis' and basal cell presentations and another that was questionable. This office has always been thorough about dealing with those. I highly recommend.

Check in was smooth. One of the few Dr.s Offices that use the on-line check-in data. I was seen by Dr. Hatch on time and he listened carefully to my new issues and was familiar with my chart, so no need to remember all of the history, which for me is a plus. A very efficient and pleasant visit. Thanks to Epiphany for a great experience.
