Well, I've waited in order to give some time to the new prescription: 021040 KEFANOVA CREAM. I have used per the directions given to me. Area of concern seems to have improved, but in general that side of face has reddened. Almost like too much sun. Which, BTW I have been very cautious as to when I excercise (walking). I'm back in the hou se before 07h30. So, I continue to usethe cream VERY SPARINGLY per the instructions, only to infected area. Swelling has gone down. Face beginning to return to normal? Appreciate the call to schedule, plus reminder calls. First time at Epiphony, so needed to complete medical information on tablet. Staff was helpful when had questions completing. Dr. Ingersoll was caring, professional, and gave good information. Izzie was efficient and friendly. Only problem was the closed roads due to construction. Hard to find the office!
