On time; Bri gets the SK spots hit quickly with the liquid nitrogen. Bri is very knowledgeable & takes time to answer questions & concerns without rushing. All of the staff & assistants are friendly.

Bree did an awesome job. I had micro needling done. I did not receive any pre-op or post op instructions. A few hours after I was home I realized I wasn’t given my goodie bag which had my post op instructions. I called the office and was texted some pre and post op instructions. Both I had already violated. After a previous visit to this practice I didn’t receive any post-op instructions either. I really feel like there needs to be more training for the staff.
