I went to leave and. Schedule another appt. The lady at the front desk was rushed and rude and told me i would have to call. Poor poor service. I will be finding another derm office.

The front desk lady was nice (with the tattoos on her arms). The MA with the blonde hair was not very friendly and seemed to not want to be there. I saw Carolyn the PA. She to seemed rushed with the visit and did t really address concerns that I had mentioned, just kind of brushed over them. She didn’t take the time to address other concerns/issues I had and wanted to talk about. Would rather see Dr. Lowitt himself; probably be looking for another dermatologist to see if they can address things with me.

Did just fine except for waiting. told to be there 15 min early then sat for 35 min which automatically set my parking to $6.00 for parking.
Obviously interested in generating fee generating services
Good but I waited a long time to see the PA while undressed with nothing to cover me but a paper gown. It was very cold! You should offer your patients a blanket or keep the room warmer or both!

I was there early and taken into an exam room early, but I had to wait at least 30+ minutes on the table with only a thin paper covering and underwear. This time, however, the heat was on. Usually it’s very cold.
