I went in for a cleaning a couple of years ago and was told I needed to have a tooth pulled and an implant put in its place.... There is nothing wrong with that tooth except it is discolored from a previous root canal. It functions and doesn't cause me any pain. I have seen multiple dentists since then and all have told me I can cap it or even bleach from the inside.I felt like he just wanted to do what cost the most. Would NEVER recommend him to anyone.
