I came in for a cleaning after 5 years of not going to the dentist. The hygienist was awesome! She did a good job explaining the X-ray and teeth pictures. She was gentle and took extra precautions to be careful with my sensitive gums. Dr Young performed a thorough final examination and addressed all my concerns. He runs a tight shift and all his employees are among the best in the profession!
One of the best experiences I've ever had at at a dental office. Dr. Young Is genuine. The dental hygienist Charlene is great she is very knowledgeable they tell you what is truly best for you and not only what you want to hear. Highly recommend!
Dr. Young and his staff are awesome. I have been going to Dr. Young for about a year. When I tell you that I was FEARFUL of dentist it is truly with ALL CAPITALS. I call at first over a year ago due to extreme tooth pain and Dr. Young himself called me and texted me in the evening. I had a gap in my teeth and peridontal disease. Dr. Young was able to work me in after my current dentist kept rescheduling me, I was in a tremendous amount of pain. He was able to do my root canal and crown same visit, was in and out in 4 hours. Came in almost in tears and left with a smile on my face. Amazing staff amazing Dentist.
Dr Young did a great job on extracting wisdom teeth from teenagers.. He talks you through the procedure.. His assistant Sandra was very comforting and made the procedure seem less! This is a great place to make you dental home.
I was sent to this provider by the VA, and initially I was pleased, but along with past reviews I also experienced Dr. Young begin to make small comments to the expensive I'll need compared to a nice car I drive. My first appt. was 3/17/23 just to receive an assessment, however the VA was billed $5,925 all together (and literally on 3/19/23) they recv'd full payment...however, after 2 more appt's I was dropped by their office. Initially I was sent to this provider by the VA community care option. I THOUGHT I found an exceptionally well provider with sweet staff, but in no time what I found was a DISASTER! The staff (mainly Aysa (veteran & billing coordinator) & Jessica (administration) are complete 'control' oriented and no telling what will send them over the edge. Dr. Young did a crown for me four years back. It failed and a part of the tooth broke off. He replaced it free of charge.
I made an appointment to clean my teeth & because I did not respond, my appointment was canceled, which is not right!! If they are going to charge me for not showing up, I should charge them for cancelling my appointment! I will be looking for another dentist for sure!!
