I have been very happy with all of my purchases. The descriptions are accurate and pickup is easy.

First time bidding On this site. Everything went well. My only complaint is that the main website states that all auction are 15% *** When I won my bid I was charged 18%. I called and the rep said they just raised it the day before the auction closed. They would not honor the 15%. Otherwise I would have given the 5 stars.
Site was easy to navigate and when I picked up my items employees were so friendly. Will definitely shop here again.
All good stuff for half the price of new, would trust the quality, even open box items. I have not bought many actual estate sale items, but shop here often for specific things I want cheap!
Most items were as they were described. However, some items that 'appeared' new were missing some pieces. Still managed to find add'l parts to finish the project.
