I have had no trouble with them service was good. They open up a auction site, for us to pick up our items a day after the stated day for pick.

We have been doing business with Equip-bids for almost 3 years now. As they have independent contractors for each auction, you get a different level of customer service each time. As with any business you get some good and some bad. We have only had 1 bad experience and I would say that is pretty good for the amount of auctions that we have purchased from them. We are very please with their services and believe that they want their customers to have the best experience possible. Keep up the good work..
