I took my son to ER Near Me in Richardson and the entire experience was great! My son was very sick and he had labs, tests, CT, diagnosis and treatment with 2 hours. Diana in registration, Sam the Nurse, Roshan the Rad Tech and Dr Stewart all did a terrific job. This is where I will take my family for emergency care!

Went in at 10 PM on a Tuesday night with a 15 year old who we thought was on the mend from Covid. He mentioned chest tightness and his mom Googled it, freaked out and sent us to the ER Near Me. The people there were amazing from Shelby at the front desk, to the tech, Behak, to the nurse, Kiran, and the doctor, Dr. Kidwai. Everyone was relaxed yet there was a sense of urgency. The staff is so attentive, caring, and friendly. We were grateful to find them open in the middle of the night when our child became ill.

I am totally grateful for the caretakers here. My little niece had an emergency, and the entire staff was gentle, caring, available listeners. I was so nervous when I arrived. The attentiveness and pleasant bedside manners of the staff melted me into a place of comfort and hope. Thank you all🤍

I brought my daughter here and everyone from the front dest lady to the nurses and doctors were extremely helpful and nice! Im so thankful they are the only ones in dfw that are super fast in bringing us in the room and her got treated and gave her snacks before she would be scared of doctors now she said she loves the doctors because they made her feel better Thank you guys so much!!

They are so sweet and are not busy at all so you get business SUPER fast. Emily, Tyler, Dr Latham are super concerned about the patients. ABSOLUTELY recommend coming here!

Excellent service and professional staff. I went in with a swollen knee and Dr Paul went straight to work and got the fluid out. Im very happy with the staff as well Terry was a great nurse. Thanks for the speedy service its greatly appreciated.

Every staff member was wonderful, especially Terry and Dr. Paul. I felt like they were genuinely concerned about my well-being, which unfortunately can be rare in a healthcare setting. They were thorough, patient, empathetic, and effective in their treatment. So grateful for such a good experience.
