The pricing and back and forth was too much. I was not happy with the original numbers and still think we were charged TOO MUCH for the rate lock. The reason we finished the loan with MO is because of timing. NOT price. Not sure i would use MO again. We were also told what to pay to help our credit score change twice w/ no change. He did make an effort but again the cost WAS out of line and we had a better offer with loan pal. Felt Eric earned it for effort.
