My loan process beganin April and closed Oct 20 - it should never have taken that long! My rate expired, if took them weeks to respond back to me after I very promptly (the same day) sent what they asked for. Because of these delays, I had to resend same papers again the next month, and that went on and on month after month. We did finally get the loan closed, but only because I am very patient and the two gentlemen I worked with were so nice. I believe the company needs to hire help!
