Very responsive any time of day or evening. Knowledgeable and helpful.
The communication and the promptness of the communication was amazing. We also really liked how willing and able Eric was to talk with us about our loan and the steps to completing it. He made everything super simple and easy to understand.
Responses were always prompt, clear, and helpful. We had a bit of a tricky closing week, and Eric helped us figure out our best solution to keep moving forward on time, despite the things that were out of our control. Highly recommend!

Eric just gets it done he did my first mortgage 8 years ago when no one else could get me approved and this time around we are building our final destination. A much much larger loan. He always makes it happen. He also did my land loan 1.5 years ago as well as my construction loan. Simply unmatched as well as an unbelievable understanding guy!
