I appreciated how responsive Erica was when I had a question. She also helped me raise my credit score a smidge to get a better rate. When I did a cost comparison between Erica and two other lending companies, Erica was able to beat their estimates by a noticeable margin. Overall, it was a good experience. Now I've just got to pay it off over the next 30 years. ;)
