Showed up exactly on time with at least 10 guys and worked throughout the day. Cleaned up well and the roof looks great. I would highly recommend Erie.

They bombard your phone with countless calls and pay you numerous visits when trying to get your business. But as soon as the product is sold, they disappear into thin air. Customer service is a mess.

Salesman came out and quoted me $57,000 on $14,000 job. I sent everything to my cousin (who owns a large roofing company several miles away) and stated he would bid that job at $14,000. My cousin also told me about how this company goes around and bids as many jobs as possible at a very high rate hoping people will bite. Always get a second or third opinion. Sales reps were knowledgeable and kind. The materials seem promising and hope they hold up to their standard we were sold but too soon to tell. Pressure sales offering discounts if signed the same day are the WORST though. The price is where my regret comes in. Signed contract for 3 times the amount other companies have quoted me and my mistake was signing with Erie before getting more quotes. The roof itself looks beautiful!!! I’m truly hoping it holds its value that was promised.

The roof looks nice. The work was quick and clean. However, the sales people were DISHONEST!! They sold us a "50 year roof: which justified the exorbitant prices. When I got the warranty, it was for 30 years adter the project manager wrote me an excluskon. BUYER BEWARE. Shoddy and dishonest business practices.
