Run don't walk. Over priced, high pressure and do not stand up to their word . Once you sign off and they get their money they will not honor verbal aggrements. I had a hard time communicating with their installers as none of them spoke English. Buyer be ware is all I can say. Completely not satisfied.

This review would have been 4 stars but the lack of service and downright audacity this company has shown towards my wife and I earned them 1. (And Erie, you can save you copy and paste reply of 'please call so we can make things better'! If you really cared about your customers, YOU would be calling THEM) We had Erie do $30K worth of work to our basement. New sump, drain, Humidex fan. I was supposed to have my basement waterproofed. After they destroyed my basement! They said they couldn't do the job. So they left? and not only that they left my basement in shambles! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. As a matter of fact I'd warn them about using them. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I then called around and found a different company that did the job for half the price.

After having my roof done and them leaving a lot of the mess left in my backyard from it I told the salesman (Nate) who sold us out roof we didn't want to do our garage roof right away, and shortly after he messaged me back saying and I quote "FYI I lost a decent amount from doing your roof. Not a big deal just kinda sucked that I didn't know everything wrong with it." Seriously!?
