Love our new roof. Their installation crew and results were so amazing. They worked so hard until everything was completed. The amount of people on the crew meant someone was working hard every hour. Very polite and respectful to us the whole time. The only flaw in the whole process was the sales pitch. They worked very hard to collect pictures and possible problems with our roof which was very helpful, but the sales pitch would have been much more acceptable if the product and installation process were the start of the po... read more

We were very satisfied with our new roof. The sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the products and the whole process. We were impressed with the superior roofing products and the warranty. The work was performed very timely after we signed the contract. They tore the roof off replaced some sheets that needed replacing and put the roof on in a timely manner. They picked up around the job site when they were done very well.

Overall, they did a good job. A little on the expensive side in comparison to some local roofing companies but the customer service made up the difference. Special shout outs to Pete, Nathan, Jose and crew. They were not satisfied until we were....which is rare.
