When I called the company to schedule an estimate, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was given an appointment within a couple days. I met with Ricky & Mario. They inspected the outside and inside, they were very thorough. The gentleman were prepared with a presentation and the 2 options of roofing they installed as well as samples, colors and materials that would be used for the roof. We worked with Erie to replace our roof. Erie was very professional from the start. They spent the time to thoroughly inspect our existing roof and walk us through their recommendation for a replacement. They showed us samples and talked us through costs and process so that we didn’t have any surprises. For the install itself, everything happened exactly as they said it would.
