Team came prepared and finished same day. Roof looks great and they cleaned up everything. Took a couple of days to get the dumpster removed, probably not their issue.

The guys that did the roof did a great job with it. My only complaint was that they left my gate open and the tarp on my back porch when they left for the first night and I couldn't let my dogs out.

Erie installed our roof a few weeks ago. We've been happy with the product, price, and professionalism, but disappointed with communication regarding the install, and they didn't properly seal the flashing or clean the property during the install. Everyone we've interacted with at the company has been very polite, professional, and respectful. We are very happy with our new roof. It was simple and quick and the house looks so much nicer. The salesmen we're knowledgeable and answers all our questions. The installers were quick, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards

Very happy with our new roof. The crew showed up early but only one of the workers spoke very little English so it was very difficult to communicate with them. The site supervisor showed up a couple hours later and he spoke very good English. Job was done in one day and the cleanup was all handled by the workers.

Erie did a thorough inspection of my roof and quoted exactly what was needed, no surprises. The work was started within a couple of weeks and was completed in one day. Communication with the office was good but it was hard to communicate with the all spanish speaking crew. The crew was very hard working and did excellent work. I'm very pleased.

Great in every way, sales rep Trent was astounding, roof crew worked hard and very quick. Gutter crew even faster. Windows next! Amazing company!
