I contacted Erie to assertain their products offered. They responded within 5 hrs and set up an appointment. Two of their employees came and for 45 minutes to an hour they did an inspection of the roof outside and in. They provided pictures showing concern, like weather warn shingles, exposed nail heads and heat concerns inside the attic. The work was completed in one day. The crew did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Only issue I experienced lack of communication. Initial. Rep was scheduled to meet at certain time. No show. The next was getting a text saying your material are arriving on such a date a between this time. No show

Construction crew did an excellent job of installation and clean up after the project was done about two days after the project we had some Highwinds and it lifted some shingles. I am still waiting the warranty repair.

Erie Roofing Erie installed a new roof on our home the first part of March, 2023. Their entire team was exceptional. As a person that worked years in sales I will start with the sales team.
