Not happy with anything. Will not refer this company to anyone. You can improve by listening to the customer. We have not heard anything from them .

The work I received from Erie roofing had good communication and the team that did the work was very friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend the company.

In the past I had a couple bad experiences with sales people coming in doing work for me but having a hard time getting them to come back to finish it. When Erie came in and showed us their product I was a little skeptical about how long is going to take to my much surprise they were in and out and all the work was done to my satisfaction. Another thing that made this experience positive was the communication between the salesman and the company whenever we had questions.
