Tried to tell there were 2 layers of shingles, they thought there was 1,so I explained on the setup call and they adjusted by sending a larger dumpster, stripped off the old shingles and very quickly completed the job, clean up was excellent (I found 1 small piece hidden in a bush after the leaves fell).and as promised, no extra charges.

Erie reps came out and assessed our needs. They were so helpful, answered all our questions and included us in every decision made. We needed a complete tear off with new decking in quite a few areas. The day of the job the temperature outside was well below freezing. The work crew worked non stop and the new decking and roof was installed and the area cleaned up from the debris in one day!
