Canceled two appointments before even doing an assessment, then quoted me an outrageous price. They then called to make an appointment to discuss pricing again and they Canceled that too. Very unprofessional. The product is nice but the service isn't worth it.

Called them …. Soon shingles aren’t laying flat … no return call …. Has been 2 weeks now … nothing ?

*PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE HIRING ERIE HOME / ERIE METAL ROOFING / ERIE CONSTRUCTION MID-WEST, INC. FOR ANYTHING* TLDR; I have had THREE roofs put on by Erie since 2018. We went with Erie because of their 30 year warranty. I did not expect to have to use it so frequently. Our FIRST roof from Erie was installed in 2018. They installed it in the winter after I inquired if the tar strips would seal properly in the cold. A few months in we had to call for repairs.
