I'd like to love the roof, but we've had 4 leaks since install. 1st 3x they tried to rectify. I told them there was an addition that had trouble in the past and shingles may not work. The siding crew in 2014 put on a cricket layer that stopped leaking for many years. Well, new roof leaked. So Erie ripped off that section and put on a few layered asphalt sheets and today, woke up to no power on the wall due to leak. Just in a different location and into an outlet. Unfortunate. In regard to materials, service and workmanship I give full marks. But when it comes to doing surveys, which I am usually reluctant to do, this company's persistence borders on harassment. Please do not sent me any more survey requests.

Great job for the initial consultation to the completion of the roof. Omar and his crew showed up early and stayed until it was almost dark to finish the job in one day. It was a hot humid day and I am grateful for them. Highly recommend.

Canceled two appointments before even doing an assessment, then quoted me an outrageous price. They then called to make an appointment to discuss pricing again and they Canceled that too. Very unprofessional. The product is nice but the service isn't worth it.
