Cleaned up as they went along. Stated 7:45 am done by6 pm clean up by 6:30 pm. Put down tarp to clean up easy. Ran magnet to get all nails. Walk my dog 5 or 6 x watched progress. Put extra tare paper down valley ware leek was. Put xtra flashing around chummy that leaked.

Materials arrived on time and the crew started work the next day. I feel they did a good job on the reroof and clean up but in the process there was damage to the gutters.

Conner was our Field Rep. We had no pressure into making a discussion. We wanted more estimates before going with Erie Home. He was very knowledgeable about their products. He took pictures of our roof and attic and showed us the problem areas very through. Steven was the rep that came to our home to review their products. Steven was very professional and knowledgeable. When the crew came out January 14, 2023 to install the new roof it was obvious from get go this wasn't their first rodeo. They got the old roof torn off and the new one on in one day. Did a fabulous job cleaning up. I would highly recommend Erie Construction.
