We recently had our roof replaced by Erie Home and are extremely pleased with the entire experience. From the initial quote to the completion of the roof replacement, their customer service was outstanding. The team was professional and attentive throughout the process. They initially informed us that it would take about two weeks just to schedule an installation date, but they exceeded our expectations by delivering in less time. From start to finish, both my wife and I were very pleased with the work ERIE ROOFING did on or New Roof. The 30-year IKO Dynasty Shingles look fantastic.. A few places could be better. The material used on glitterds was a little too big. Some material could have been replaced on the contheral ceiling only places replaced.

I was satisfied with the work. I was disappointed that the Erie sales representative didn’t communicate the decking that needed to be replaced to the roofing crew. When I showed the roofing crew it was too late fix. Also, I was told the morning of when work would start someone from the roofing crew would speak to me but they didn’t not.
