The ONLY reason it's not five stars is miscommunication over a couple of issues. Warranty will likely last my lifetime (and is transferrable), the price was more than reasonable and financing easy. I'm no roofing or insulation expert but the night it was done, my 80 yr old MI bungalow was MARKEDLY warmer. The installation crew were FAST, professional and the cleanup robust. Overall extremely pleased with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend.

Worth the wait. The workers were so fast and efficient! They kept the grounds around the house free of debris. As soon as it hit the ground it was whisked away to the dumpster. The workers were very polite and they did a great job!

Erie construction did a phenomenal job on our house and pole barn roof installation. The install crew was very professional and extremely fast the job manager stopped out to check out the job and to see if we had any concerns or issues very friendly and helpful. The salesmen were very helpful and professional they absolutely went above and beyond to get us financed. Overall an absolute enjoyable experience
