Erie Roofing Survey The new roof was installed in February of 2024. After all the work issues (except for the clever rain diverter solution) were completed, the City Inspector was finally able to complete and approve the permit inspection on March 27 of 2025. When we agreed to install a new metal roof, Erie stated if there are any issues, they will return and ‘make it right’. They are pleasant and do return to address issues.
