A roof and the workers were awesome. The salesman was good, but not trained to tell us what kind of shingles kinda had a little to do with the insurance company needs to be transparent on the style and name of the shingles. Other than that we’re happy with the job

Erie was easy to work with from start to finish. I hadn't plan on a metal roof just wanted to learn more about the system. Alex the sales man was excellent did a exam of the roof even checked in the attic & showed me pictures of everything he was talking about. He explained the Erie system & asked alot of questions & he was patient & answered everything. I was sold. Installed in a day & half. Excellent from what I can tell. We had another hail storm and the insurance adjuster will be looking over the roof soon so I guess we will find out more then.
Polite, friendly, job well done. It get inspected so if anything isn't right it is corrected before city inspector comes
