Erie was easy to work with from start to finish. I hadn't plan on a metal roof just wanted to learn more about the system. Alex the sales man was excellent did a exam of the roof even checked in the attic & showed me pictures of everything he was talking about. He explained the Erie system & asked alot of questions & he was patient & answered everything. I was sold. Installed in a day & half. Excellent from what I can tell. We had another hail storm and the insurance adjuster will be looking over the roof soon so I guess we will find out more then.
