I truly like my new roof from Erie Construction. From the inspection, to the sales, financing, and installation Erie employees were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Erie to anyone needing a roof.

First set of roofers came on a misty day and parked in our yard causing ruts and damage to the front yard. Second set of roofers came in and worked quickly and installed the main roof with no issues. When they installed the mod-bit roofing on the back awning, it had ripples and did not adhere properly to the edge as it was done in January and just barely 40 degrees. We had our roof replaced July 10,2024. Actually Erie did a roof overlay of asphalt shingles on our 1325 square foot home that cost a little over $30,000.00.It was financed thru Watercress financial @ 10.95% interest for 25 years. At that time we will have paid $60,000.00 for our roof. My husband and I are in our 80s and I have spent a lot of lost sleep over the fact that I think we were pressured and even somewhat scammed into this purchase. Be careful using Erie. I continue to suffer financial troubles after having them. I wanted a metal roof but they said fiberglass would be a better choice. Many things the salesman said were false promises. Like how I’ll be part of the Erie family. He’ll bring me coffee cups, a jacket, etc. That never happened. I really didn’t want them. They said they recycle the old roof. Not true the roofer said they take the old shingles to the dump. I had 3 days to decide not to get the roof.
