We were pleased about the work that was done. They were on time and completed the work in one day, start to finish. The communication between us and Erie was good. We are currently waiting on information as to vehicle tracks left in our yard by the work vehicles. Otherwise we are satisfied.

Everything feom start to finish was breezy. Purchased our first and forever home less than a year ago, knowing it needed a new roof, wanted quality, and Erie brings that to the table. Living all over the world, nothing feels better then coming home and knowing that the quality and craftsmanship is still local. My biggest thing is they cleaned up after themselves well. Thank you Erie for the peace of mind in your roofing systems.

Fast & efficient, love the color we picked. No longer have a leak. All members were polite. They did leave some nails behind on the ground but over all a great job & fast. Harmon & Mary Fown

The salesman did arrive until 7:30 pm and didn’t leave until almost 1am. He also misrepresented the expectations for payments, he stated there was a 90 day deferments which was not the case. The contractor who was in charge of setting up installation didn’t call and tell me materials were being delivered or tell me when the work would begin. I didn’t know until workers showed up randomly at my home. I’ve also reached out several times to have them come back and pick up the left over late and nails several times to no avai... read more
