They are awesome from Ross in sales who explains everything in detail down to the nails that will be used to Tyler who himself came out and finish the step flashing on our chimney by weather coating to make it all match. When they say the job is not finish until you are happy and 100%satisfied they mean it.

I HAD ERIE ROOF CO PUT A NEW ROOF ON MY HOME THIS COMPANY FROM THE START WAS 5 STAR NO WORRIES NO WAITING NO PROBLEMS TOP NOTCH THE MATERIALS ARE GREAT THE PEOPLE WHO INSTALLED THE SALES PEOPLE FROM MY GO TO PERSON SETTING UP THE JOB TO HIS MANAGER AWESOME COULD NOT BE HAPPIER KARL FROM CAPE COD MASS

We recently had our roof done by Erie metal roofs. The crew on site was very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced the damage part would found upon tearing off the shingles and conducted the project and did the cleanup as they went making it easy for us to move around our property safely while the job was being done. We we're very satisfied with the work we received.

I have been disappointed before by roofing companies that make promises up front only to discover that the actual materials, workmanship and installation failed to meet the promises. My new metal roof has now been installed by Erie, and the workmanship, materials and looks are all first class! 3 weeks after signing the contract, the roof is completed. The crew got right to work, and the foreman cleaned his truck. While the workers installed the roof, the foreman was soliciting work for his side business instead of overseeing the installers. Part of the roof on the front of my house doesn’t match the rest, and a section on the back of my house started to buckle. I called customer service several times without a response, so I contacted the scheduler, who had the installer return to repair the back, but not the front.
