Everything went as smoothly as they said it would. No issues with the installation, they were done in a timely manner and the cleanup was executed so perfectly you couldn't even tell that they were even there. We've had the roof for a little over 2 months now and it looks fantastic and is holding up to all of the things that were said and agreed upon. 10/10 this company is amazing!

The installation team was great! They did an excellent job of protecting the landscaping and house during the project and a nice job cleaning up. The product is first rate and looks fabulous. We have received many compliments and several inquiries about it. The communication from the office needs some improvement. We love the new roof.

The initial consult went well and was very thorough. We chose Erie because of the quality of product and the warranty. There was a hiccup in communication between the sales department and installers which was not conveyed to us as we waited for installation to be and no one showed up. Having to resign papers multiple times was a bit frustrating but tolerable. After all of that was behind us install day arrives. I chose the fiberglass shingle in Atlantic Blue. Communication was good between all stages of purchase, delivery and installation of the roof. The team of workers were efficient, courteous and with thorough cleanup. They started at 9:30 and were done by 1:30. My house is 927 sq. ft, but had some plywood replaced. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
