Everything went perfectly, it was as advertised ,although I did pay a little more than I wanted to, I think it’ll be the last roof I ever put on my house. I want to thank the crew that came out they did a wonderful job ,they picked up after themselves and everything went as planned.

Crew was always on time, worked hard, and even after the rain we had stopped, they went immediately back to work. The roof was installed exactly as your salesmen said it would be. Cooperation was an A+. This was a really large roof and the temperature each day was either right at or over the 100 degree mark. That didn’t seem to slow down the crew at all. The install crew was fast, efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves each day. Overall, I’m not just impressed with my new roof system, I’m also impressed with the install. They showed up when they were supposed to and didn’t require more time than scheduled.

The install guys were professional! They came in and got it done in the stated completion time. Cleanup was exceptional, no nails and/or debris found anywhere!! Very pleased with the finished product thus far!

New roof installed on May 27, 2025. Cleanup was not great. On June 9 a storm came through and knocked down a tree. The main tree trunk missed my house but several branches rested on the new roof. I contacted Erie Home right away and asked if they could send someone to access any damages after the tree is removed. I notified Erie on June 17 the tree was removed. I also asked Erie to submit a Certificate of Completion to my insurance company with specific information. Today is July 1 and after several text messages and phone ... read more
