Fantastic customer service. Rushed to get roof done since we had a leak. Kept word it was done in 1 day. Only thing was cleanup of old roof nails. There were alot left in driveway. But overall highly recommended

Great process! Even given the supply chain challenges, they remained communicative and advised regularly on the progress of getting the correct roofing material. Once work started, they were in and out in one day, with an amazing clean up after the fact. The end result is exactly what I wanted- a quality roof with great character, performance and longevity.

Everything went so well that I only needed to have minimal contact with the installation crew. I followed up with a magnet and only found 3 nails. The crew cleaned up with both a blower and a broom.

ErieHome made getting our roof redone an easy and pleasant experience. They were great with communication and got it completed in a timely manner. The clean up was perfect and having the extra space in the dumpster was a bonus for us. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done! Our only recommendation for future jobs would be to offer families the option of keeping the extra roofing material instead of throwing it in the dumpster.
