The sales person Matt was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us to buy. Once we decided to go with Erie he worked with us to get the desired color and material. They did not create any unrealistic expectations about an installation date. It took a few months but they communicated with us about actually getting started. They even went several states over to get materials to finish when they were short. The roof is beautiful and we are very pleased.
