Workers were very good and efficient. I would have given 5 stars except I think the salespersons need a little more training in the financial aspects and in talking to older people.

Expensive. But it was time for a new roof. Looks good. Had a problem with paperwork to settle with GoodLeap. But overall was good.
Roof is absolutely beautiful! I love the cottage style steel shingle. It really makes the house stand out and calming sound when it rains

We love our new roof and all the extras Erie Homes did for us. We had a wind vane which meant a lot to us and Erie reinstalled it once the roof was done. We were very impressed with the quality product Erie uses. We were looking for something to last for years and beyond when we are ready to sell, we feel we got it. Crews worked a couple of the hottest days this summer to get the job completed 🙌 😎

18 yr. old roof hail damage and leaks. Replaced Asphalt Shingle with fiberglass Shingle embedded with ceramic stones then laminated upon a waterproof underlayment material. Erie Crew was thorough and efficient. Leader took pictures during the whole installation process. Finished with a detailed walkaround upon completion. Leader answered all of our questions with photos to support his statements. Signed completion documents then we received our long term warranty that stays with the house not the owner.
