Erie Home was easy to work with. The sales representative, Ryan Walker, was thorough in his assessment and answered all our questions. We felt immediately like we were going with a reputable company. Our project manager, Sam Perez, worked with us on done unforeseen issues and was able to have his crew make a few additional repairs during installation of our new roof. Once the paperwork was approved, the job was scheduled for the next week. The material was delivered on one day, and the crew showed up early the next morning. They were completely finished that afternoon, including cleanup, which they did very well, with no material left on the ground when they left. One of the things that I did not expect is that they painted the standpipes and covers to match the roof, which make it look very nice.
