Our experience was okay, not great. The roofing job we had did got done, and it appears to be good work, but it was not an easy process. We were cold called by Erie and since we needed our Sunroom roof repaired, because there was a leak inside, we invited their Sales Rep to visit and bring examples of their products and give us an estimate. Alex arrived and he was good. He gave us the information we wanted, in two visits, and gave us a reasonable estimate, so we decided to go with Erie. My experience has been great from beginning to end. Everything was explained to me clearly and worked with my budget. When they came for the install it was very efficient and nothing was left behind. Everything was cleaned up and my new roof looks amazing. I can now have peace of mind and not worry about my roof.
