The whole process was excellent. The information and the inspection, to the materials used was presented in a professional manner. The install was perfect along wilt the clean up. I would give the experience an A++ rating or 5 out of 5

I gave them 4 stars only because nobody is perfect. We only have had our roof for 2 days. We have had winds gusting to 40mph and rain in those 2 days. The crew was able to get our roof done in 2 days on a Saturday and Sunday. Victor and his crew did a beautiful job, they worked 10.5 hours the first day and 5 hours the next. It was 2 of the nicest days of the week. I was called several times to see if we were satisfied with the work and crew. We have had 2 inspections to check workmanship and everything is good. I was very happy with the work. The installer arrived on time. They were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up when they were finished, I found very little of anything left behind. Highly recommend!

Erie was very good to work with from the salesman Mark that came out twice (due to being mid construction on a porch addition). Had a little issue with there new software platform as far as the financing, but the general manager was on the phone with me the next day walking through what to take care of to get everything going. Ryan the install manager was good to work with as well, very quick turnaround on scheduling. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and quality of the install. The first day was not what we were expecting, there were issues with demo clean up and communication. It was resolved by the second day professional and timely manner.
