My salesman ****** *****, was very professional and went above and beyond. ****** gave a non-pushy fully informative sales pitch, gave all the phone numbers I would need for any questions I had and showed exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. Overall from product information, installation, cleanup, to follow up was excellent. I asked a lot of questions, especially on warranty and was given satisfactory answers. Erie offers more in their warranty than others with a similar product.
