The individuals that did the roofing was very professional and polite and it was a very hot day so I appreciated that they stuck with the roofing job in one day please contact me concerning I need pictures to turn into the insurance company so I can put a claim in I had water leaking in the kitchen running down the wall and also with my furnace area we’re water was leaking in

They are super. Made me feel like a well pampered costumer. Erie did their everything to hep me. From roof inspection to having my solar panels safely removed and stored nicely (unfortunately they only can remove it but not reinstall) to clean up after install. Long story short... now I have a brand new roof. My solar panels are safe and sound. Their installers are the best. They were fast and courteous. After checking out the competition, we pretty much knew we would be selecting Erie. The presentation was thorough and the team (shout out to Austin and Zachary!) answered all our questions. They did a complete inspection of the roof and noted their concerns. We picked our product and color and went over the contract in detail. These guys were very patient with us.
