Our experience with Erie has been mixed. Not long after the new roof was installed, leaks occurred in 3 different places. It seems likely the leaks were associated with the large skylights we have. The company responded promptly and attempted to repair the leaks, but the first attempts at repair were not successful. After an especially strong rainstorm that produced a serious leak and some damage to the ceiling of one of our rooms, the company returned again, and this time did what appears to be an effective repair. They were fine. The construction was fine. The product is fine. The price and sales tactics are antiquated and predatory. Just be aware that you have to tell them no and get another stone clad metal roof qoute to talk them down with otherwise they will absolutely walk all over you on price. The financing was fine and eventually we agreed on a reasonable price for the product. Roof turned out great. It was installed earlier than said, and done in a timely manner. Cleanup was again done very well. They do need to be more careful when removing the old roof, they did bend my gutters. The workers were friendly and efficient.

When we met with the rep to discuss our options for our roof, he was very detailed, provided samples and examples and was patient while we discussed our options. The process was easy! Erie took care of the permit, dumpster and clean up. They did a final inspection and walkthrough with us.

Erie Homes was great to work with. The entire process was easy and straightforward. All the timelines were meet. Roof looks great. All the materials they used seemed to be top notch. Crew did a fantastic job cleaning up all the debris. I would definitely recommend them.

This is our 1st experience with Erie Roofing and we are very please with the new roof. These guys were on the ball from 7:00 am when they arrived with a seven man crew. Working as a team carefully tearing off the old roofing without damaging our landscaping or new gutters. They completed the entire project in less than 8 hours including cleanup and were out of here by 3:00 pm.
