the job was done as schelled on time, cleanup was done well with all the wind we had for two days. crew were friendly and answered all my questions
They were very quick to come help us fix the roof leak. They weren't super pushy when it came to making a decision. They were professional with everything and made sure we can financially afford it.
The installation of the new roof was done professionally. The contractor and his crew were in daily contact with us. We were kept up-to-date with the progress and informed of any delays due to the winter weather conditions. The new roof looks beautiful.
The roofers did a great job and left everything very clean. There wasn't one piece of trash remaining. The sales *** took pictures and videos of the roof outside and in the attic. He explained everything in detail and showed samples of three different materials. I was allowed to choose. He spent time with me and never pushed me to make a decision. I chose the fiberglass. I give Erie Home A++ with all I spoke with on the phone and in person
Erie homes was great to work with every step of the way. The were on time for every appointment scheduled, very thorough in their explanations, completed the work on time, cleaned behind themselves each day and even reconnected my washer, dryer, and deep sink that I have in my basement.
