While not the least in cost, Erie Construction is significantly better than most. We engaged Erie to replace our roof. The sales team did a good job of explaining the pro's and con's of the available options and the costs associated with each. The transferable warranty is a major factor in our decision. What made us most comfortable with our decision was the installation team. They were hard working, experienced, and didn't take any short cuts. Erie Construction die an amazing job replacing our roof. The crew was very professional with the work being done and awesome with communication throughout the entire installation of the roof. the staff covered every aspect of the job to include financing, warranty (material and workmanship) as well as 1 1/2in hail rating and 130 mph wind resistance. Overall it was a job well done and I would recommend Erie Construction to anyone that needed work on their home.

I was very impressed right from the time the 2 salesmen knocked on my door, to the time the men finished up their job and left my yard nice and clean.
