I got my roof about two weeks ago and could not be happier. The installation crew came later in the day but they stayed onsite until the roof was cover for the night. It rained all night that night and the house was perfectly dry. The team arrived early the next day and got right to work finishing the roof and did an awesome job. the cleanup was spectacular! Awesome!! I have learned very much about roofs by listening to them tell me what needs to be addressed and why; What is wrong, what made that happen and how their materials will work better than what is there now. And their materials do have the insulating factor they talk about. I notice my heat and air dont turn on as soon as my neighbors. Great sales people and the professional crew members did installation in less than a day. Now for the things I didn't like. I had to call to get a receipt, and I have gutters overflowing due to the debris left in them. I also have shingles flopping in the wind due to some plastic strip that was not removed. Great job by the Erie Roofing Team. I received a quality roof install with a guarantee and a discount from my insurance company. The sales, mgmt, and roofing team did an outstanding job. Would recommend everyone use them.
Arrived on time Work progressed according to schedule Crew was polite and responsive My only issue was some hardware left on ground (but not significant). Maybe use a metal detector to make sure?Their debris trailer left an oil spot on my driveway. When confronted, they moved the trailer to the street, but left the spot.
