The product and service are great. It would definitely be 5 stars if the price were a little lower but you get what you pay for. I will never have to replace my roof again. Highly recommend if you can afford it. Great customer service and follow up. No complaints!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Finished my roof in the rain (forecast said cloudy no rain) and they worked around a medical emergency from the delivery driver and completed the job in one day. My roof is large and steep. Workers did a great job!!

The sales person was informed and professional. I appreciate his time and honest communication. The roof installation crew showed up early worked hard with many weather challenges, addressing all Iin timely professional fashion. They did a great job, treated me with respect, cleaned up areas afterwards. The end result roof and gutters, all the hard work put in by contractor, installers, to managers greatly appreciated. Respectful Communication was key.
Crew was courteous and hard working. Job was completed in a day, as promised. They did a good job cleaning up and roof looks great.
I was so resistant to the process that comes with a new roof, but Erie Construction reformed me.The representative was very personable, and informative. The prices were high, but everything is high when you don't have the money. Incidents with home repair usually occur when the owners are scrapped, but Erie was also helpful in that regard by locating financing for me with a decent rate.The team of roofers protected my new sod by covering it, did a complete tear off and did a replacement within one day.
