Polite, efficient, professional, timely....all are words I use to describe my experience . The work crew arrived with all materials needed exactly on time, moved everything that was in their way, laid tarps around the whole house and went to work. When they left We had a new roof,a clean yard and everything in it's proper place. They even swept the driveway!

My roof was done in the promised time frame. It looks great and the guys did a really nice job. They cleaned up my property as they went along and when they were done the final clean up was s*** and span.

The sales person presented the companys product in a beautiful and pleasant presentation. They were both extremely knowledgeable not just in the company but also in the product itself. These gentlemen also spent a lengthy time to ensure we understood everything and answered any questions we had. The contractor and his crew that came in to actually roof the house were not just professional, but they also worked diligently and were able to turn around/complete a two-day job in half the time. Very satisfied with my new roof from Erie Home. I have a Ranch home of average size. They said the roof will be completed from start to finish in one day. I doubted it; but, I was wrong! They started unloading around 8am. An installation site manager was available throughout the day. Then demo continued until lunch. They worked consistently with a rhythmic beat to the hammers.
