This was a very pleasant experience from finding the roof that we wanted to having it installed, *********** from sales to install to final inspection was one of the easiest projects I have done in a long time. Erie Home roofing. I dealt with three gentleman *****, **** and ***. It was a great team effort all were very knowledgeable. And answered any questions I had. ***** set up the appointment. **** was my sales person and gave us all our options. *** ran the crew and made sure it went smooth. All three gentleman men are an asset the Erie Home.
Erie Home did a great job with my roof and seamless gutters. The work was completed in two days and they were great about leaving no trace (they cleaned up). They were very patient and flexible in my particular situation. I look forward to being in the the Erie family for the next 30 years.
Our Sales **** **** was unbelievable. Showed us all the samples and listened to what we wanted. He was beyond awesome!!!!! The workers were very nice, and were here the whole entire day. Did a wonderful job cleaning up all the debri off of the original roof. We are very happy with what they did, and would recommend them to anyone.
The Erie representative recommended a replacement that fit our needs and budget best. The workers reported promptly on the day of the installation, worked efficiently throughout the day, and completed the job within a little over 11 hours!
