They did a great job and was fast Our basement is nice and dry
Our experience began with a very thorough inspection of our roof, outside and inside. Their Installation manager was excellent at coordinating delivery of debris trailer and materials. Their crew arriving at 6:30 AM to rip off the old roof. Coordination with town inspectors was spot-on. We wanted two small 18"x18" skylights removed and closed. They moved as fast as they could. There was one set back that was no fault of their own but they made sure to fix the issue immediately. They were all very respectful. Great guys to talk to, when on their lunch breaks of course.My basement is tolerable to go down in now. My basement was like a dungeon and now I walk down there like it's any other part of my house.We have rain coming up this week so I will definitely be able to tell more how it holds up

I purchased a new home, built in 1951, and discovered a major problem with water coming into the basement. A friend gave me info for Erie Home. I contacted them, they came out and spent almost 4 hours inspecting my basement, then provided a plan to resolve. Their crew, of 4, came out on a Wednesday and diligently worked through Friday. Exceptional work, roof looks great, they replace several boards that had deteriorated or had damaged and replaced damaged trim boards on my chimney (thanks ***). Gave them a 4 due the fact that they didnt bring enough tarps to cover all sides of the house where the debris was thrown this caused many tacks to fall into cracks and crevices that were hard to detect. ************ did a good job, it looked clean but after they left I found about a third of a gallon bucket full of tacks and debris, most was behind and under items ... read more
