Erie Home was top notch from start to finish. The salespeople were honest and helped me decide what kind of roof I needed. They did not steer me wrong. The roofers arrived at 8:30am and were completely gone when I came home at 5pm. The clean-up was fantastic! I only found 2 nails in my yard. They even came back to put my patio furniture back in place that they missed. My roof is beautiful. I'm extremely pleased. Thank you Erie Home.

The crew was very timely and our roof was completed quickly, even with a thunderstorm causing progress to halt temporarily. Our only issue was clean-up. There were some old shingles found in several places throughout our yard and even in our windows boxes. We are happy with our roof overall.

The guys showed up at my address very alert and ready to work. Greeting me nicely and told me to have a good day. I saw on my ring camera they finished the work one hour before a big down fall of rain came. The roof looks wonderful in the front and in the back. I was so happy and very pleased with the job they did. Roofer **** called me at work and left paperwork in my mailbox and told me to mail it into the company. I found myself in a situation where I absolutely needed a roof, I contacted Erie Home simply because they offered financing... Something I absolutely needed to make getting a new roof a reality. I really can't say that I have my real complaints, just that I contacted for a quote... I would have liked the opportunity to get multiple from other companies but found the sales reps kind of persistent. Other than that, they were great. They had excellent communication and the installers were prompt and tidy.

Our experience began with a very thorough inspection of our roof, outside and inside. The crew were very detail oriented and careful with the installation of the roof, as well as with the cleanup. The warranty document was presented to us after a walk-around to inspect the roof as well as the cleanup. From sales, installers to installation manager the entire group were very professional and a pleasure to work with.Our roof looks fabulous and the material is of the highest quality.
